Shipment

In case you are not satisfied with the delivered jewelry, please contact us by email within 14 days after you have placed the order. Return the item to us within 30 days. It is also possible to exchange the delivered piece of jewelery for another product, size or colour. Any additional or reduced costs will be settled by us.

You have 30 days to exchange an item for a different color, size or jewellery.

All our jewelery is handmade and shipped within 10 working days (or otherwise by arrangement). Please note that it can sometimes take a few days before it is delivered. Track your shipment yourself via the trakc & trace you received by email.

Your order will be delivered to the address specified in your order. As soon as the package leaves here, you will receive an email from us with a link with which you can track the package. Orders up to € 300.00 are shipped with PostNL . We ship orders with a higher value with Mikropakket for security reasons.

If we have received your return within 30 days, we will refund your return in full. If it concerns an exchange then we will refund the difference. Refunds are made in the same way as payment was made in the order. It may take a few days before the amount is actually on your account.

We do not reimburse shipping costs incurred to return an order. We advise you to return the purchase with a track & trace code.

We only take back unworn jewelery in the original packaging. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned. This also applies to engraved or otherwise personalized jewelry.

Any taxes levied by or via the forwarding agent (DHL, PostNL, and the like) are for the account of the customer. Unhandled is not responsible for any actions that customs take after sending an order.

We are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages due to an error in the address provided. We use the address specified in the order. If something is incorrect in the address provided, please let us know as soon as possible.
